All sales are final. In the rare occurrence of receiving the wrong item, please reach out to our customer support & we will exchange the item for you right away at our cost. Returns must come in the original packaging. 

After we receive and inspect the return/exchange, if the item is not in brand new condition with the original packaging then we cannot accept the request and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
